Welcome

I promise to keep this post as short and sweet as possible. Why? After all it is the welcome post…shouldn’t it be really long? Sure it should. However, my toddler is currently loose near the big kid LEGO’s and has a deathwish. If we were to assign her a Hogwarts House I can promise you it would be tied between Gryffindor and Slytherin. Which is surprising coming from a house of a mix of two Hufflepuffs and a Ravenclaw (I have hopes she’ll follow in my Ravenclaw footsteps).

As you can see I’ve already jumped ship from my “I’m going to keep this short” promise. I happens and that’s what I like about reading tarot and oracle cards. They allow the reader to tell a story and talk about the meaning and the meaning for the client for as long as needed. I’ve always loved to write and to tell stories. Tarot and oracle readings let me do just that. However, the creepy part about my readings is they…tend to be extremely accurate.

For example I read for someone in December of 2020 and mentioned a new beginning coming to them in September. As it happened they brought home their new baby in September of 2021! In a Facebook group I’m in a friend I only knew from the group posted a card and asked us all what we saw. I happened to own the same deck and said “that one always reminded me of hands planting the seeds of creativity.” She responded that they had just planted her fathers favorite flowers at his gravesite and that he had been a very creative person in life. That particular one still gives me chills.

I’m now four paragraphs into this wondering how I thought I would ever keep this first post short and sweet. Well, in for a penny, in for a pound. You won’t find only divination talk here. I also plan to share my love of geeky things, what I’m reading, cooking, etc. I needed a place that I could house everything and this seems like the best place and way to bring it all together. I hope you’ll stick around and come back for more.
